Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays, which are outside of our control.

We carefully package all candles, wax melts, room sprays, and incense to ensure safe delivery. However, once an order has been shipped, It Just Makes Scents is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
