Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Candles, wax melts, room sprays, incense, and fragrance products are not eligible for returns or exchanges once opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit when appropriate.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, failure to follow care instructions, or normal wear.
